Male underwear model addresses Taylor Lautner gay rumours

A male model photographed with Twilight star Taylor Lautner at a gay bar last week has spoken out about the hunk’s rumoured sexuality.

Gay underwear model Murray Swanby made waves when he posted a picture on Instagram with the actor at West Hollywood gay hotspot The Abbey.

He commented along with the picture: “Ugh @official_taylorlautner #taylorlautner.. I’ve never been more #attracted to someone in my life.. #husbands??! Hahaha half kidding #hotstraightguy #twilight #hotguys #feck #TouchThursdays”

The picture quickly sparked gossip about 22-year-old Taylor’s sexual orientation, with some asking if the post was a coming out for the sex symbol.

Murray, who’s not too shabby looking himself, later responded to the rumours on Facebook.

“If Taylor Lautner wanted to come out of the closet.. He would’ve come home with me Thursday night,” he said, effectively putting an end to speculation that the two might have hooked up. [Aww!]

In 2011, millions of fans were fooled by a fake People magazine cover in which Taylor supposedly came out as gay.

When asked by GQ Australia earlier that year if he had been hit on by openly gay director Gus Van Sant and screenwriter Dustin Lance Black at a much-publicised dinner, Taylor replied: “No, definitely not. I think they know I’m straight. But they’re great guys. They’re a lot of fun.”

GQ Australia later apologised for asking the question after activists accused the magazine of suggesting that gay men are predatory.
