Gay community’s sexiest male celeb finalists revealed

From a buff Free State crooner to a sizzling Soweto soap star, the 13 home-grown celebrity hunks in the Mambaonline Sexiest Man Survey 2015, brought to you by WeTheBrave.co.za have finally been revealed.

Voting is now open at Mambaonline.com for the gay community (and their friends and supporters) to select their favourite South African male star. The finalists this year make for a diverse, dynamic and oh-so-sexy group:

Bohang Moeko – Zabalaza actor and model
Brendan Peyper – Up and coming Afrikaans singer
Chad Saaiman – Singer and a GQ best dressed man
Charl van Helsdingen – Magic Mike dancer
Ewan Strydom – Expresso presenter and model

“The list was compiled from nominations we received from our site visitors over the last month and, for the first time, our finalists include four openly gay participants,” says Luiz De Barros, Editor of Mambaonline.com, SA’s leading gay news and lifestyle medium. “Very importantly, all those on the list have confirmed that they are supportive of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community,” he adds.

Voters in the poll stand in line to win great prizes, including stylish timepieces from Police, designer underwear from Aphrodisiac and men’s skincare and fragrance from MichaelGamePlan.

The 2015 survey is presented by WeTheBrave.co.za, the groundbreaking campaign targeting gay men and other men who have sex with men (MSM), bringing sexy back into sexual health.

Previous winners in the poll have included TV presenter Janez Vermeiren, actors Ty Keogh and Ramey Short, Afrikaans pop star Robbie Klay and professional surfer and actor Dene Botha.
