According to ARA News, the teen, identified as Jamal Nassir al-Oujan, was arrested by Islamic morality police in the city of Mayadin, in Syria’s eastern Deir ez-Zor province.

He was accused of having engaged in sodomy. After being found guilty by a sharia court, Al-Oujan was stoned to death in public on Monday.

“Also, some civilians were forced to participate in stoning the victim,” an eyewitness told ARA News. “The brutal scene has shocked all residents of Mayadin.”

In January, another 15-year-old boy was thrown to his death off a building rooftop after also being found guilty of homosexuality in the same province.

These two horror executions are among dozens of public murders of gay men and those accused of being gay by Isis since 2014.

The radical group is a proponent of a radical interpretation of sharia religious law which allows for the execution of people for “morality” crimes, including adultery and homosexuality.

Most victims of Isis gay executions have been beheaded, thrown off the top of buildings or stoned to death. Photos of the heinous killings are often distributed on social media.

In addition to the ‘gay’ executions, there have also been many reports, images and videos of the stoning of women convicted of adultery, and numerous accounts of people executed by Isis militias because of their religious or political affiliations.
