After a successful run in Cape Town, catch the musical Minnie & Johnson Show at the Old Mutual Theatre on the Square in Sandton, Johannesburg for two performances only:
• Sunday 19th August @ 16:00 (matinee)
• Monday 20th August @ 20:00 (evening performance)
South African darlings of the cabaret stage from Cape Town, Emile Minnie and Godfrey Johnson, join forces - and hands - to bring you an evening of fun, humour and fabulous songs.
Fleur du Cap winner Godfrey Johnson and SAMA award nominee Emile Minnie will be performing raucous hits from the sixties to the naughties with just a piano, a clarinet and a wine glass for percussion.
Go and see these two captivating artists as they light up the stage with their humour and energy.
Songs include Love is a Stranger by Eurythmics, Holding Out For A Hero by Bonnie Tyler and YMCA by the Village People.
For that something extra they will be doing French love songs by Piaf and Brel, as well as an original Afrikaanse treffer or two!
