Still feeling the empy space.. It's been a year and a half since you left us and still your presence is missed so much. You made an impact bigger than you could ever have imagined. You go girl!

I went to purchase your 'Best Of' album today because I lost all my music a while back and I shed a tear when I listened to 'Black Butterly'. It's one of the most beautiful songs ever and it has you written all over it.

One day in heaven we will find many Angels and one Black Butterly and it will be free and happy and we will smile and our hearts will fill with love like it did when the Black Butterfly lived here with us on earth.

A TRULY TALENTED DIVA!. TK was a lot of things.Drop-dead gorgeous,sexy,a pioneer and did I forget to mention talented?!She got into the industry when R&B wasn’t exactly considered a cool genre.Of course there were critics who perceived her as an “American wannabe”,but she still continued doing what she did best-releasing outstanding albums and collaborating with the hottest artists.She didn’t win 4 SAMA’s for nothing.She paved the way for most of the female R&B artists ,such as Lira and KB(if she’s still considered as an R&B artist)But what sets her apart from the other female artists in South Africa was her phenomenal voice and vocal range.Her death was indeed a sad loss for the industry and the R&B scene will never be the same without her.Do the right thing and buy all or some of her albums,they really sound great!

TK’S UNTIMELY DEATH. TK was one of South Africa’s best R&B artists.No other local female artist possesses the incredible vocal talent she had.Her albums were all remarkable and deserving of the SAMA Awards they earned.It’s a sad thing that most people did not appreciate her talent,because people assumed that she was trying to be an American artist,just because she was an R&B artist.What’s even more sad is that her albums did not do well in terms of sales.South African R&B doesn’t sell.Sad,but true.Rest In Peace,Black Butterfly!

TK. I did not know her, nor her music. But the article showed me that she had a passion.
I was however shocked to hear that that drug dealers where involved - but not sure how true the press reflect situations.

Farewell. wish the media’d let h er family mourn her loss in privacy and peace. the hype is absurd, the pic on the sunday times’ front page was too ghastly for words. spare a thought for her little boy!!!!

Tragic. In my opinion, one of our most promising musical talents – snuffed out much to early. We’ve all lost out. I’d met her and she was a vibrant and engaging woman. I’m still a little in shock.
