The article doesn’t say much.. were the ‘goods & services’ aimed at a certain community for a reason? Were those who were ‘refused’ aggressively, rudely militant? The ‘audi alteram parte’ doesn’t seem to apply here.. is there not another side to this story???

I’d have liked to read more than an apparent attempt to incite gays to bemoan their fate without more information.
