How can a commission which is mandated to ensure equality, attempt to censor same-sex acts of affection from our televiosion. This is extremely ironic. One of the possible reasons for this is to prevent children from seeing such content, but how are children going to be educated about and sensitised to homosexuality if it is hidden from them. Does this not give children the impression that homosexuality itself is something to be hidden or even that it is “wrong”. This is an unacceptable ruling on the part of the BCCSA, which discriminates against those who it was appointed to protect. What do you think?
