rape. RAPE IS RAPE = IS RAPE = IS RAPE !! HOW ON EARTH DOES THE CONS COURT MAKE THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN A MALE AND A FEMALE ANUS ?
PARDON ME IF I SUGGEST THAT THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF THE CONS COURT’S DODGY LOGIC – REF -= MRS ROBINSON for those who are interested – for the record, I won a judgement in the cons court on 23 november 2006 with no dissentions. Justice langa has a very strong point !!!!

Male Rape. Sadly, this again shows how the male population is being let down by the law. Because of the judgement, male prisoners who are repeatedly raped, with resulting HIV infection, have no rights and cannot claim that they were raped, only indecently assaulted.

man rape. so if you rape a woman but you soddemise her she cant turn around and scream rape. it still forced sexual penatration. or do i just have the stick at the wrong end? i seriesly doudt that i do. so to all those sexy men out there beware im gonna get you in the butt and there is nothing you can do to stop me lol.
in my personal neanderthal opion i think the members of the constitutional court should all go threw the expience then they will very quickly change there oppion
