In reply to gavin. Actually no. Getting an interdict doesn't prove guilt in any way. The only thing that you can say with some certainty is that Jurie Els has some reason to keep the accused's name secret.

Did you think that another possibility is that Jurie might be protecting the identiy of somebody else at the expense of his own reputation? I'm sure with a bit of thought, some other possible explanations could be found too.

I'm not saying that he's not guilty either but just don't be so quick to jump to conclusions. Many conflicts in this world have been started needlessly in that way.
