Two weeks ago I wrote my much-loved car off. I feel so lucky to have walked away from the wreck virtually unscathed but also to have people as warm and caring as Liz, Brendon and Sam sorting through the mess of papers, salvage yards, panel beaters etc.

I called Liz up the day after, sobbing my heart out and the first thing she said me was not to worry about anything, this is why I have insurance and that she and her team would take care of it all for me.

I’ve never been in an accident before so I felt really traumatised, not knowing what to expect. When it comes to insurance, I always tend to expect a real hassle and having to go from one person to the next to get any information. That didn’t happen at all with Pride Plus. Liz, Brendon and Sam – you’ve been such a pleasure to work with. I thank you sincerely for how quickly you’ve moved on sorting the details out. I’m so thrilled to be a part of Pride Plus and I tell anyone who will listen about my experience and how wonderful you have all been.

We’ve been insured with Liz for about 8 months now, had a claim for a car accident and stolen cellphone.
