drugs and sex. Its absolute rubbish that viagra and poppers used together causes death. I''ve used the combination on many occassions and so have many of my friends and we''re all still very much alive!

Drugs ''n Sex. I had been doing drugs for about four or five years. At first it was only weekends, but became more frequent, and then subsiding until I got to a point where it all stopped. I had done virtually ALL of it - E, A, hash, doobie, crystal meth, coke, cat... but knew that I should never touch H or any of it''s derivatives. My current state is SO sober, that I don''t even touch booze or cigs AT ALL! It is possible to stop. It is possible to get yourself clear and clean, withouth having to go into rehab.

Truth is: rehab IS for quitters. Eventually you might end up quitting the "quitting" if you are not equipped with the right emotional tools to QUIT!

Good luck to those who have made the decision to stop. Congratulations on MAKING that decision. CELEBRATE every positive step and COUNT them, but when you falter start counting again and don''t beat yourself up over it. Love yourself enough to know that you can and will and should.
