My advise is to take your time to come out at the office. Make sure that you are comfortable first with them knowing before you come out. Pick a person at the office that you can tell first and then judge by their reaction if the water is safe before you jump in.

It took me 10 years to come out at my working environment. Nothing changed at the office for me. Its just much more relaxed now.

Today I am a shareholder and I always keep it professional.
