This is addressed to cole: Your derogatory comment screams ignorance and yet as a gay man you can’t be ignorant. You must know that worldwide the gay community is still fighting for equality and the right to love and express their sexuality. To live a life without judgement from others and free of prejudice. Yet as a gay man you feel free to judge your own kind.
All i can say is that as a leatherman, i belong to a brotherhood that band together in the face of adversity.
Do you know that it was the leathermen that first stood up and did something about the AIDS crisis in the 80’s.
Do you know that SALeathermen is a non-profit organisation and that 1/3 of every entrance fee to the party went towards AIDS Charity (Dibanani AIDS Project in Cape Town). How many other gay party organisers give back to the community instead of lining their own pockets?

Instead of passing judgement we should allow others the right to individuality and freedom of expression.
