Twingo etc.. They may be easy on the purse but how good are they on character? After all, character is important when considering the purchase of a French car, not so?

Between these two the Twingo oozes French character, and if that's an important purchase decision, I think it has a heads-up on its competitor.
Those looking for French flair wouldn't like the Logan at all as there's nothing French about it. However, looking at its intended purchasers, I doubt whether character will be high up on the list - those dreaded "value-for-money" characteristics win everytime when buying this type of car!

RENAULT SUCKS. Gr8t cars to drive. Safe cars.
Services are waaayyyy too expensive. WHy do i have to pay like nearly R9000 to replace a cambelt and a major service! WHAT A RIPP OFF!
And parts are even a bigger nightmare in the price department. I had a 5 year Clio written off by a Taxi Driver without a drivers licence that jumped a red robot. The Insurance Co wrote the clio off and paid me a retails value of R56300.
I now drive an Opel Corsa Lite instead…
It was a nice ride Renault – while it lasted.
