None of the winners ever amount to anything (except for Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Hudson) and majority of them end up in some second rate theatre production showing to an audience of less than a hundred! So if the winner has a Christian background or is sexually ambigious, money (and fame) changes everyone. Soon the winner will be just another hasbeen artist struggling to stay in the limelight while fuelling his drug / alcohol problems.

You can Rolando probably tried out for Idols once and got shunted off the stage because it’s only the “hopefulls” that get pissed off when someone dares to criticise the show. The whole concept of reality television has dropped the collective IQ of the human species to below pond scum.
