shame on me. I have to admit I ve got a high level of yes answers to these question.
But noone can deny that the heterosexist part of the society is advertising lot better than the gay society.
The familial life looks so selfdriven though the numerous failures that we witness everyday. While gay life looks such a daily struggle!

Thanks!. I ticked "yes" to all 15 questions. So, I guess I should be on my way up to the 13th floor of some random building in Cape Town so as to plunge to my death by crawl jumping out of a tiny toilet window? Lol, I think not. But yes, it is kak hard on a daily basis. It's affected me so much that I am totally ashamed of who I am and often wish I could turn back time to when I was 18 again, the day before I drank to much red wine and literally fell out of the closet. But people also aren't stupid. You can't hide it no matter how str8 acting you are. It's all a game I guess. Str8 men and women do ugly things to their gay counterparts for obvious reasons. And it is these ugly things that make us believe we are useless or wrong or even "fucked up". But with everything you lose, there is something you gain. The friends you make are for life. After a period of time you come to know those who you really can trust. You know how to handle difficult situations without having to get your shirt dirty and you most probably end up giving a lot of str8 guys serious 2nd thoughts because they do imagine it to be far tighter. It's the keeping quiet and trying to hide it that get's people talking and scheming. Say it but don't say it I say... Check the scene out carefully and get to know peoples weaknesses before they see yours. Your article came a few year's to late for me Jacques. I've already found my a solution and a way out of the issues you highlighted. Think of it this way - imagine you worked in a office environment and majority of the guys were gay. The str8 boys will be quiet and will most probably feel exactly as this article made you first feel after first reading it...

Look I'm inclined to agree with what is written here, primarily because gay kids do have an exceptionally high stress level to overcome (sadly, many fall before crossing threshold). Reading what dude25 says was very entertaining, but from the perspective of mental well-being, it's a harder life. Gay guys have such complex personalities that it's clear that a mind that can weave such intricate lies, defense mechanisms, witty retort and layered personalities WHILE a teenager, is capable of weaving much more dangerous circumstances once grown up. To straight folk, our default personality as a collective seems to be 'sarcastic bitch' - neither of these two adjectives is a complement you'd give a well-adjusted human being.
