I quite clearly remember what it felt like to be a member of the NG church and how you had to hide what you were to everyone. It is because of that and the blatant bigotry that church espouses that I haven’t attended church in almost 20 years and why I don’t intend attending church in the future. Any religious sentiment were burned out by that experience.

My parents are the proof of typical afrikaans kerk family who dedicates there life to the NG kerk. Dad that totally believes that I am not his son. He goes from time to time to the little town minister who by the way committed adultery for advise.
