Is there ANYTHING about ANY government agency that is surprising anymore. It is the worst service and system in the world. With the technology out there, they really could deliver great service, but of course the ministers are WAY more interested to buy german luxury cars for themselves and their family from their budget than to actually pump some money into getting their systems up to date, or upgraded. They do not even spend money to clean or uphold the place and every time you have been to home affairs or the licensing department you feel like you need to take a shower.
