How is it that segregation of race is a different issue to the cause of freedom of association and having the dignity not of a mere choice but inherently being whom you are? In a society that has always benefited from what we as homosexuals have contributed to the arts, science and literature and many many more fields, how is it that we are being denied the same rights that we fought for and pay taxes for.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Admiral FitzWallis in the West Wing said: &quot;The problem with that is that&#039;s what they were saying about me 50 years ago - blacks shouldn&#039;t serve with whites. It would disrupt the unit. You know what? It did disrupt the unit. The unit got over it. The unit changed. I&#039;m an admiral in the U.S. Navy and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff...
