I feel that the term ‘sodomy’ in general cannot be equated wth anything legal or progressive. Me being gay does not equate me to a sodomite and the negative connotations should and cannot not be associated with homosexuality. There has to be a clear difference with sexual orientation and sexual criminal act, be they hetrosexual or homosexual, same difference!
