I was really happy to see this organisation’s posters at our local steam bath in Johannesburg. They are all over the place and I have seen many guys actually reading them.
In a place where many, many men engage in unprotected anal sex and swallow multiple mens’ ejaculate in the space of a few hours, I still think that more needs to be done. Many of us limit our “sexual activity” in these places to mutual masturbation, thereby limiting any exchange of bodily fluids (call me paranoid), but I still see dozens of others playing russian roulette with their health and the health of others.
