Until Uganda condemn the death bill without hesitation, they need to be seen as a pariahs that they are. We just help by send John Quelane there as ambassador. What an embarrasment for South Africans. At least Mr Quelane had the guts to respond to me on the matter- but gave the polically correct repsonse of not interfering with other country’s sovreign rights. He did not get it through when I questioned about the sovreign rights of all its citizens including gay and lesbian citizens.
