Whoa!! Lets not put all religions in one bag. My religion does accept gay people, celebrates their marriages and even admits them to leadership positions. Not all members of our congregations are tolerant of gay people and the so-called gay lifestyle (in their minds gay lifestyle=sexual promiscuity). As a religious gay man I have never been discriminated against in my congregation. I agree with those straight members who abhorr the sexual promiscuity that many gay men allow themselves to be swallowed up in. Faithful, loving, monogamous relationships do exist and are accepted and blessed by some religions. Your rant against religion in general is more fruit of your own anger than fact.
