MDNA takes about 7 good listens to realise that it’s Pop at it’s most brilliant. You failed to mention that William Orbit produced songs which are excellent. Katy Perry is a greatest hits album let’s face it, she did what Rihanna did and Lady Ga Ga did. Rehash their albums with a few new tracks on them.
For the readers the MDNA should have got an 8 at least. It’s Madonna at her best and worth your money. The age refererences to Madonna are also tired. We need to be less ageist, let’s focus on her music which is a pleasure in this time of really bad music, plagiarism and very little creativitiy. The poor 80’s have been raped to death. Oh and most of all. MDNA went straight to NO 1 in 41 countries on Itunes. I also features the haunting “Masterpiece” which won Madonna a Golden Globe award in Feb. The stats speak for themselves. Long live the QUEEN.
