I would’ve recommended he be sentenced at least 3 years and then swiftly deported back to India, it’s the right thing to do. I had a similar case where a Brazilian national was recording his female roomate in the bathroom and selling it off from his webcam service, she pressed charges and he was deported back to Brazil.
