I agree that the gay comminity gladly allows itself to be divided by irrelevent issues. It removes the focus from what’s important.
I guess its a good thing the Chief Justice didn’t offer to pray for the GFSA team instead. I’m proud of the initiative. I’d like to point out that there is a sitting judge who’s lesbian – Judge Satchwell – who fought for the same-sex partners of judges to be treated as spouses in their retirement benefits. Let’s hope others come out, on the bench and in the legal fraternity.
