there is also a gay shelter in cape town, but glenn knows about this, the problem is who will pay the travel costs to get these guys out of uganda or nigeria when the sh*t hits the fan? how will they even think about getting to south africa?

Regarding the refugee potential situation, there is an organisation in Port Elizabeth called PCRD (Project for Conflict Resolution and Development) that works trying to improve the lot of refugees. Details can be found on the net or in the telephone book.
