Dear God What is going on with humanity lately! We r heading down a slippery slope as a species… brutal cops, war mongers, pedophile priests etc. I think if we collectively allow this to continue we risk collectively reaping the Karma for it. It doesn’t matter how this started out these cops overstepped thier protocol exposing the police force to some serious legal action. There are too many witnesses and footage. This puts the reputation of the country on the line I sincerely hope bureaucrats have enough foresight (not holding my breath) to see that and do somthing about it. As it stands I will put Australia with the list of no go countries along with The Arab and North African countries.

@M; police in civilized communities are trained to resist provocation. In any event, provocation does not entitle them to use excessive force or non regulation equipment (or the pavement!) – they may simply restrain the ALLEGED wrongdoer.
