1. Who can expect a serious and unbiased decision by the President of Uganda, when that individual depends on being re-elected by the majority of the country, and that same majority is anti-homosexual?

2. Who does expects an unbiased decision by an individual who accepts a report that is created by an institution that is filled with individuals (the non-political (ie. civil servants) as well as the political responsible persons) who are supporters and members of the party who in the Ugandan “parliament” proposed the anti-gay law?

And last but not least, 3. Who would expect a unbiased decision by someone who hardly knows that 1+1=2, who has made decisions in the past based upon tea leaves fortune tellers, who prefers his bed-mates to be <10y ears of age, and who has fourteen(14) wives?

The man is nothing more then a pedophile (not so very uncommon among orthodox/conservative christians as we all know), a person who accepts bribes from for instance the Chinese (also not so uncommon among African "Leaders"), and an adulterer according to civilized norms and values.

Who expects such a person to make and take decisions that defends human rights and equal rights is a fool!
