					<description><![CDATA[Of course, the Zuma government has retained notorious homophobe Jon Qwelane as ambassador to Uganda for years, making it plain that they don&#039;t a fig about the GLBTI community, our dignity and the violent oppression of Gays and Lesbians across Africa.  It really is disgraceful, and now it would appear that the Dept of Home Affairs are also getting in on the homophobic act, notwithstanding the Consitution, the Bill of Rights and the Rule of Law.   The GLBTI community should confront President Zuma in a public forum about his disregard for the rights and dignity of Gays and Lesbians before the election.  Gwede Mantashe has pledged ANC support for Robert Mugabe, that other vicious homophobe,  perhaps we should march on Luthuli House as well . . . .]]></description>
