“Now our scientists have shown that there is no proof that homosexuality is inborn….” Yeah right!! This great proof comes from the most eminent of Ugandan scientists. No wonder they have come up with a cure for Aids, malnutrition, rampant poverty and degradation in that country!! Why are we Africans such a bunch of fools! When will our great democratic leaders work for the welfare of their countries rather than pursue foolish agendas that ruin their countries? Nxm!

Well, under current South African law, if a country asks for a citizen to be extradited, it has to be warranted by that country that the person will be treated in fairness and with regard towards rights afforded under the constitution of South Africa (i.e. can’t be executed… can’t be discriminated on sexual orientation… due process in legal situations… etc.). This, obviously, can’t be guaranteed, so it would be unlikely that an extradition would occur or, at least, be upheld by a South African court.

Ha! Our government is well versed in the art of silent diplomacy! Ur not gonna hear Jack shit from our government… they’re actually wishing they could pass such laws but in thier haste to make it look like we truly r a nation striving for non-discrimination they made a constitution that binds thier hands from changing the laws like Uganda (not to mention inticing revolt) that’s why they do next to nothing if anything at all when LBGTI R being persecuted in SA… lack of political will is a better choice than out rite inticing civil unrest…:-/

Uganda’s new law flies in the face of the human rights culture post-Apartheid South Africa wishes to build. I call upon our Government to recall our Ambassador to that nation until the Act is repealed.
