What angers me so about this Dewani story is that he has portrayed us homosexual/bisexual men within a negative light. We as a community, and I use the term loosely, work so hard to improve peoples perceptions of us and educate people of what it means to be proudly gay – and all that work is trivialised when someone like this goes and does something like he did. It’s 1 step forward, 2 steps back thanks to him. If I had the opportunity I would not hesitate to tell him how I truly feel. To come to our beautiful country and defile it with his disgusting plans, in the process humiliating the gay community. He is the epitome of worthless.
