Sometimes we are very quick to create unnecessary drama. So you guys were charged more than what you have been. Maybe even cause they think gays have more money… When gay people scream and shout its always such a fuss over something you could have easily have just walked away, especially because he never directly said it to you. You will never win a case on what you may/might of heard.

Also, although acts of violence or discrimination stemming from a homophobic nature is illigal, being homophobic isn’t. In the same light as acts of racism is, but being a racist isn’t.
