I would also recommend for wanna be actors to stay in the closet UNLESS they are prepared to deal with the fall out. Coming out tends to ruin careers. What he is saying is actually very friendly advice. Sensible advice.

He is not being homophobic at all. I always advice black youth where I come from to only come out to parents once they have become independent …. That’s not being homophobic. That’s being shrewd.

Poor guy has to explain himself for giving sensible advice. Look what’s happened to Michael Sam right now …
