I suggest that these idiots refer to the definition of “satire” in a dictionary: “the use of humour, irony, exaggeration, or ridicule to expose and criticize people’s stupidity or vices, particularly in the context of contemporary politics and other topical issues.”

These fools seems to be clueless regarding the nature of satire, and the role of humour in challenging society. It is not funny, not insightful and is not based on the kind of play (word, situation, culture) which actually makes people laugh. Just sad. And probably somewhat homophobic. Which is not that funny.

I’ve submitted a complaint with the PressOmbudsman stating that Imzansi has been reporting and publishing fake stories that have a negative impact on the conduct or response from the public. Most of the stories are not true. These stories end up inciting negative perceptions on individuals and organisations especially when dealing with serious and important social issues. I also attached the original article from Imzanis and the Mambaonline report after investigating. Received the following acknowledgement of receipt from the Press Council:
