					<description><![CDATA[So what we have in ever more frequent cases such as this is the conflict of various constitutional rights like for eg: freedom of religion and expression vs freedom of association and right to dignity.  As it is the Constitution which governs the country as a supreme and sovereign law, it trumps the Bible.  But the rights need to be balanced and this is how the HRC in this agreement has done this:
&quot;...in disseminating ones religious beliefs and opinions, and in exercising her right to freedom of expression, no-one may discriminate against or propagate hate speech toward members of the LGBTQI community...&quot; 
Unfortunately an opportunity was missed in educating the author (Gretha Wiid) about the dangerous connotations that &quot;being different&quot; has.  In my view she should have been encouraged to avoid enforcing heteronormativity as being &quot;normal&quot; and gay as being &quot;different&quot;.  Different is a place of insecurity.  Your own unique personal normal is, however, very empowering!]]></description>
