Attitude’s MySpace page says that the popular UK magazine will be back on shelves again this month, but questions remain.

Visitors to the page are met by a message that reads:

“The best gay magazine in the world! We’re back, back, back baby. With a bang! The February issue features a naked McFly, a pissed off Diana Ross and a world exclusive as Kele Okereke of Bloc Party discusses his sexuality. Plus boys, boys, boys.”

The page also displays pictures of the issue, which features the US band McFly on its cover.

However, the magazine’s official website remains down, and Mambaonline’s attempts to contact the editor, Adam Mattera, via e-mail continue to be met by bounce-back replies.

The January issue of the award-winning magazine failed to materialise on shelves and in subscribers’ post boxes without explanation.

It is not known if the publishers will compensate subscribers for the missing issue – nor what led to the magazine’s apparent publishing woes.
