GAYDAR FOUNDER DEATH MYSTERY GROWS
More details have emerged on the death of the South African born co-founder of Gaydar, Gary Frisch.
According to various reports, Frisch died after he plunged to his death from the eighth floor of his luxury Battersea, London apartment on Saturday. Original reports suggested that he had been found in his apartment.
Following an autopsy, Police say that the cause of death was multiple injuries. It is not yet known if the 38 year old Frisch jumped in a suicide bid, fell accidentally or was pushed from his apartment. While toxicological tests have been undertaken, it will be a number of weeks before results are known.
Police have refused to answer numerous questions around the death, describing it as “unexplained”.
There have been press reports in the UK that a man – not thought to be Frisch’s partner – was in the apartment at the time of his death, although this has not been confirmed.
Frisch co-founded the popular international Gaydar dating network with Henry Badenhorst in 1999. The two men were named as one of the most-influential gay business leaders in the UK last year by the Independent on Sunday newspaper.
