Designer Isabel Mastache has introduced her unique ‘penis pants’ at the opening of Madrid Fashion Week in the Spanish capital last week.
The design features a traditional pair of suit pants with an attached, protruding penis and scrotum element into which the wearer’s penis is presumably inserted.
The bold, avant-garde penis trouser, which was worn by a bemused looking runway model, has been met with both derision and accolades on the internet.
Mastache’s show also featured bizarre hats and surrealistic designs including one outfit that resembled the Easter Bunny.
