The video for Kylie Minogue’s new single All the Lovers, featuring half naked models and bisexual imagery, has premiered online.
From the upcoming album Aphrodite, the track was co-produced by Stuart Price who drew acclaim for his work with Madonna on Confessions on a Dancefloor.
“The single was one of the last tracks to be written for the album. As I was recording it I knew that All the Lovers had to be the first single; it sums up the euphoria of the album perfectly,” Minogue said recently about the song.
The video depicts people in a city street stripping off their clothes and joining a growing orgy-like mountain of lovers. Minogue (41), dressed in a cobweb-style t-shirt, sings while writhing atop the pile of half naked models.
The video was directed by Joseph Khan, known for clips such as Britney Spears’s Toxic and Lady Gaga’s Lovegame.
Minogue has sold more than 68 million albums around the world. Aphrodite, to be released in July, is her first in two and half years and will be her 11th studio album.
