Singer George Michael is once again in trouble with the law after he crashed his car into a photographic shop following this weekend’s London Pride celebrations.
“Police were called at about 3:35 am on Sunday 4th July to a report of a vehicle in collision with a building,” said the authorities in a statement
“Officers attended and a man aged in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of being unfit to drive,” they added.
Michael was later released on bail. The 47-year-old had only recently regained his driving privileges last year.
His license had been suspended thanks to a 2006 incident in which he was found slumped over the wheel of his car in London. He later pleaded guilty to being unfit to drive after taking prescription drugs.
In August 2009 he was also involved in a car accident with a lorry but he was not charged with any offence.
