CHILD THE FACE OF ANTI-GAY RELIGIOUS EXTREMISM
A young child has been filmed at a U.S. church singing “Ain’t no homos gonna make it to heaven” to thunderous applause.
According to reports, the video, which has gone viral, was shot at the Apostolic Truth Tabernacle Church in Greensburg, Indiana.
In the clip, the toddler sings a short song with the lyrics: “The Bible’s right, somebody’s wrong. The Bible’s right, somebody’s wrong. Romans one, twenty six and twenty seven. Ain’t no homos gonna make it to Heaven.”
The song is met with wild applause and a standing ovation by the congregation.
The video depicts one of a number of recent incidents of shocking anti-gay statements by religious extremists in the U.S.
Last month, Sean Harris, the Senior Pastor at the Berean Baptist Church in Fayetteville, urged parents to punch their effeminate children.
In North Carolina, Pastor Charles Worley, in a Mother’s Day sermon, called for gays and lesbians to be imprisoned behind an electrified fence.
Another pastor, Curtis Knapp, from the New Hope Baptist Church in Kansas, is heard in an audio clip circulating on the internet this week saying that the U.S. government should go out and kill LGBT Americans.
“A small handful of extremist voices are hijacking the universal underpinnings of so many of our major faiths and, instead of using their pulpit to spread love, are instead spreading unparalleled hatred,” commented Sharon Groves, Director of Religion & Faith, at the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).
“These are extreme and brutal messages that do not represent the beliefs of most people of faith, nor Jesus’ core teaching to ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind,’ and to love your neighbour as yourself.’
“People like Charles Worley and the parishioners of Apostolic Truth in Indiana are falsely perpetuating the Word of God, and stand to do real damage to religious institutions in the process,” said Groves.
On Sunday around 2,000 people staged a protest against the unrepentant Worley’s electrified fence statement.

WOW and the Bible says man is not to judge and welcome anyone into his house, Church isnt church any more, It is sad that man uses the Bible & Children to get out hate, build hate and show just how ignorant man is.
So sad to see that a church of people stand and applaud this horrible words. Is it GOD or MAN to judge
CHILD THE FACE OF ANTI-GAY RELIGIOUS EXTREMISM. This is such a disturbing and scary video on many levels. I am a mother of a todler of three and I know this speaks of the views and values of the parents, because no todler comes up with something like this unless heard from adults in their lives. I am also a Pastor and from a religious perspective this is an example of how hatred and judgement is built into us as people. This young boy is applauded for the song and although he does not yet understand what he is doing, the intolerance is being built into him. We see how his view of God is also being skewed by this, as the Pastor also applauds him. In this kind of a setting the Pastor, for many people, equals God. We hear people many times say “my Pastor says”, and that becomes gospel truth for them, because then they don’t have to battle with the reality that the “Word” of God is not as literal as they would like it. That we need to read and understand in context and cannot just without thought apply that “Word ” as we like. The God I have come to know is one who expects critical thinking, questioning, yes, even questioning Him/Her. It is within the working out of the difficult questions and struggles, within relationship, and not hierarchy and legalism that the truth of a loving, compassionate God becomes real to me, and I also hope through my example, to my daughter.
This is the biggest load of crap I have ever heard in my life- this is why people dont believe in God anymore because of things like this. LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR!!!! If you preach or teach anything that is contradictory to scripture you are considered a false prophet and you will be thrown into the lake of fire with Satan and all his demons. If anyone changes the Word of God as much as a dot, his name will be taken out of the lambs book of life.
These people who entertain things like this, who think they are good people are delusional to the teachings of God. God works by grace not by works. And the bible is dam clear who goes to heaven and not. It states in scripture that those who accept and confess with their mouths that Jesus in the son of God will be saved and those who deny Jesus as the son of God will be condemned; there is nothing that says except homosexuals.
This is a Christian church full of imposters.
Now I definately never ever want to go to America! What the hell?1 who would use a little boy for such filthy entertainment like that!! That father is sick!!!!
JC and ReverendMom u pretty much nailed it, these situations with these pastors could not be better explained than how the two of you have. After watching this video I have never been more ashamed to be human than rite now. This is CHILD ABUSE in the worst possible way because you’re using God to do your dirty work. This is just as bad as child prostitution. This is so disheartening. But God is Good and will use his greatest tool to whip these people into shape… Irony, in no time ul find more of these closet case pastors in gay scandals faster than we can say two-faced
http://www.jesusonhomosexuality.com/ I havn’t finished reading it yet but its been an eye opener so far. I feel we should all read how Christ thinks of the LBGTI
