ONE DIRECTION’S LOUIS DENIES GAY ROMANCE

A member of British boy band and teen phenomenon One Direction has denied that he is romantically involved with a band mate.

In an interview with Storyboard, Louis Tomlinson (21) addressed ongoing rumours and fan fiction that he is in a relationship with band member Harry Styles (18).

The two have fuelled the rumours by publicly joking around about their ‘bromance’ and tweeting photos of them jokily kissing and showing affection.

“This is a subject that was funny at first but now is actually hard to deal with in a relationship,” said Tomlinson.

He said that the rumours are making the boys self conscious about the way they act in public.

“Me and Harry are best friends, people look into our every move — it is actually affecting the way me and Harry are in public.

“We want to joke around, but there seems to be a different rumour every time we do anything. I act the same way with Harry as I do [with] any of the other boys and my childhood friend Stan,” said Tomlinson.

He claims to be dating Manchester University student, Eleanor Calder (20), and insisted that he is “a one-woman man with Eleanor” and “a very loyal boyfriend”.

One Direction came third in the seventh series of the British version of The X Factor and have gone on to become an international success.

Known for their hits What Makes You Beautiful, Gotta Be You, and One Thing, their debut album Up All Night has topped the charts in the UK and the US.
