GAGA REVEALS NAME OF NEW ALBUM

Lady Gaga has rewarded her 28 million Twitter followers by first announcing the name of her new album on the social media network over the weekend.

The pop singer tweeted an image with the album’s name, ARTPOP, tattooed or drawn on her arm.

She went on to add: “make sure when writing about my new album/project ARTPOP that you CAPITALIZE the title, *its all in the details* good morning twitter!”

On LittleMonsters.com, Gaga wrote: “ARTPOP could mean anything. Pop art was a movement in the ’70s that is still alive now. [ARTPOP] is the music I’ve been making since [The Fame].”

Gaga has already been performing some new songs during her current Born This Way Ball tour that will be included on the album.

It is not yet known when ARTPOP will actually be released, but it is likely to only be next year.

The star is halfway through her world tour and will be performing in South Africa in November.
