ANOTHER PORN ACTOR ON TRIAL FOR MURDER

Advertorial

Following the recent conviction of gay porn star Harlow Cuadra for murder, another adult film actor is now up for murder in the US.

Timothy J. Boham, who appeared in gay porn videos and magazines under the name of Marcus Allen, is on trial in Denver for murdering the president of a collection agency, John Kelso.

Boham’s attorney has attempted to argue that Kelso’s death was due to suicide, the prosecution says that Boham confessed to the crime to family members and a detective.

“He said his girlfriend was pregnant, that he wanted to take her to the beach and had gone to Kelso’s to rob him of his money in the safe,” Detective Randall Denison told the Denver District Court jury.

According to the Denver Post, Boham also told his family that he killed Kelso because he believed that Kelso kept a lot of money in his household safe.

“Court documents claim that Boham had bipolar disorder and was prone to fits of rage. But Boham said his plan went awry when Kelso refused to open the safe, and there was a brief struggle during which he accidentally shot Kelso,” Denver Detective Aaron Lopez testified.

Boham apparently confessed to both his sister and mother before attempting to flee to Mexico. He also allegedly returned to Kelso’s home to clean it up, in hopes that his fingerprints and DNA wouldn’t be discovered.

US Customs and Border Protection arrested Boham at a border crossing in Arizona after he told them he was wanted on a murder warrant.

His trial comes just after the conviction of Cuadra, a gay porn actor and producer, in March for the murder of competing porn producer Bryan Kocis. He was sentenced to life imprisonment with no possibility of parole.
