LANCE BASS ENGAGED TO BOYFRIEND

Openly gay former ‘N Sync band member Lance Bass has “put a ring on it” after he announced his engagement to Michael Turchin, his boyfriend of almost two years.
The 34-year-old singer posted a picture on Instagram showing off an engagement rink on Turchin’s hand, with the comment: “He said YES!! Love this man”
According to Us Weekly the couple have been dating since December 2011.
They got engaged in New Orleans after Bass proposed to the aspiring actor and model.
Bass apparently first texted Turchin’s parents to ask for their approval.
A source commented: “They’re such a great couple, everyone is so happy for them. Their friends and family are thrilled.”
The news comes just days after Bass appeared on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards in New York with his former band mates, including Justin Timberlake, for a brief reunion.
Bass was a member of ‘N Sync between 1995 and 2002; the group selling over 50 million albums. He came out as gay in a cover story for People magazine in July 2006.
