On 6 November 2025, 40 lucky MambaOnline readers were the first audience in South Africa to watch I Wish You All The Best, a powerful new queer coming-of-age film that explores identity, acceptance, and love.
Hosted at Nu Metro Hyde Park in Johannesburg, the night began with bottomless mimosas and delicious, mouth-watering finger foods for guests to enjoy before the screening, setting the perfect tone for an evening filled with warmth and connection.
The film follows a high school junior who comes out as nonbinary and is thrown out of their family home, finding refuge with their estranged sister and her husband.
As they adjust to a new school, they receive support from an eccentric art teacher and form an unexpected bond with a kindhearted classmate.
