Hollywood actor George Clooney previously joked that he’s had wrinkles on his testicles removed, but could he have been telling the truth?
“I never fixed my eyes, but I spent more money to stretch the skin of my testicles. I did not like the wrinkles,” he told Italy’s Max magazine in January.
“It’s a new technique, many people in Hollywood have done it. It’s called ‘ball ironing,'” he said.
It’s believed that the 52-year-old sex symbol was joking in the interview, but it’s now come to light that such techniques actually exist.
A procedure called “Tighten the Tackle” is available at a Santa Monica beauty spa and uses lasers to remove hair, erase wrinkles and correct discoloration on the scrotum.
Results from the $575 procedure apparently last up to four weeks, celebrity cosmetic expert Nurse Jamie told MailOnline.
She said that the procedure at her Beauty Park spa has been a huge success but refused to reveal which stars had undergone the treatment.
Clooney has previously suggested that he’s had surgery around his eyes. In 2007, he told Julia Roberts in a TV special: “Can you tell? I think it’s important to look awake.”
