JOB OPPORTUNITY: PROGRAMME COORDINATOR

OUT is 15 years old and serves the lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender (LGBT) community in Pretoria and beyond.

The organisation is looking to employ a programme co-ordinator. S/he will be managing the programmatic and financial administration of a project in Paarl and Mafikeng. In addition, s/he will assist with other funder reporting and financial management.

The ideal candidate must be mature, have a passion for working with LGBT issues, fit into the organisational culture, be diligent and have a good work record, have experience and be able to do funder reporting, and have the ability to do monitoring and evaluation as well as finances.

It will be an initial two year contract (renewable pending performance and continued funding). Salary is negotiable pending on qualifications and experience but will be in the region of R240 000.00 p.a. (total cost to company).
