Singer Robbie Williams (36) has teamed up with former Take That band mate Gary Barlow (39) for the single Shame, with a video inspired by the 2005 gay cowboy romance movie Brokeback Mountain.
Williams, who married actress Ayda Field earlier this month, has rejoined his former band, which he left 15 years ago, for a new album and a tour.
The new spoof “homoerotic” video for the duet shows the singers exchanging lingering looks, going for drink at a bar and eventually stripping for a swim while on a fishing trip.
“I don’t recall the reasons why. I must have meant them at the time. Is this the sound of sweet surrender?” the two sing to each other.
